Yes, some minor damage is repairable and we will do our best to repair any damages. If a filter is determined to be damaged beyond repair we will dispose of the filter.

Step 3: Post-Wash Evaluation and Return
Following the controlled drying process, our experts analyze your filter under high-intensity sodium light for flaws such as pinholes. We also test the air flow of your filter before packaging it and shipping it back to you.
